Sushi Yasuda brings the sushi aficionado to another level. The restaurant’s elegant clean lines mimic the minimalist approach to its food. The bamboo on the floor, ceiling, bar and walls give off a soothing texture and light atmosphere. Three menus are presented to you upon arrival—one with a list of sushi, sashimi, and cooked foods consistently available, while the second and third present the daily specials. Chef Mitsuru Tamura highlights his recommendations in red and has carefully considered what cut of fish or if the texture and flavor needs to be enhanced, whether through a simple pairing of rice in his sushi or best served on its own.
