The décor of this beautiful Michelin-star restaurant recalls the sensibilities of Seoul or Copenhagen, with its cute, minimal décor. Guests are invited to add books of their own to the restaurant's color-coded book cases, participating in the collection of personal memories that live in the restaurant. Restaurant Story aims to tell the history of British food, through food! Chef Tom Sellers achieves this through storytelling, memory and the use of fresh, seasonal British ingredients. Lunch and dinner are strictly 6 or 10-course tasting menus, with an additional 3-course lunch option from Tuesday through Thursday. The 'Full Story' Dinner menu is organized like a table of contents, starting with sea, childhood, land, picnic and finally, the end. The 'Full Story' can take up to three and a half hours to experience, so don’t expect a quick bite! The full scope of drinks includes an exclusive wine list, featuring small wine producers and locally sourced craft ales.
