Visit to the Barnes Foundation & Philadelphia Museum of Art

Our day will begin and end in New York and we will travel via luxury transport to Philadelphia. Our day will include lunch and dinner in Philadelphia.
We will begin our day with a tour of Henri Rousseau: A Painter’s Secrets, an exhibition of imaginative landscapes and dreamlike imagery, where art blurs between reality and fantasy. We will then have an intimate lunch at the lovely Stir restaurant.
Following lunch, we will make our way to PMA to view the international exhibition Dreamworld: Surrealism at 100. It isa major exhibition celebrating the centenary of the Surrealist movement. As the last stop on an exciting tour put together with the Centre Pompidou in Paris , and the only place in the U.S. where you can see it, the PMA explores the story of Surrealist art.
