This elegant Michelin-starred restaurant is named after gymkhana clubs, gentlemen’s social and athletic clubs formed during Colonial India. The restaurant’s intimate and prosperous interior décor features ceiling fans, wall lamps, hunting trophies and photographs, leather booths and wood-paneled walls to recreate the convivial social club environment. Gymkhana serves classic and contemporary Indian cuisine with a focus on game meat cooked in tandoor ovens and sigri charcoal grills and enriched with fresh spices. They also make deliciously smooth punches that come in creative presentations.
