Arbutus is a Soho gem. It is known for highlighting local cuisine and creating an unusual juxtaposition of ingredients and flavors. The intimate space is separated into two parts: the first, as you enter, features a long elegant marble bar, and the second is comprised of beautifully crafted wooden tables lined with black leather booths. The general feeling of the Arbutus experience is relaxed and inviting, recalling an upscale brasserie. The pleasant staff and friendly bartenders make Arbutus an oasis from the energy of Firth Street and one of our favorite places to dine on our own. Chef Anthony Demetre changes his menu daily, transforming seasonal ingredients into exciting culinary experiences and beautifully presented dishes. In addition to the wonderful food, try one of the bespoke cocktails or a glass of wine from the extensive wine list to complement your meal.
