Join Lou Cornacchia, founder of Cobble Hill’s Body in Balance Studio, for her Pilates mat class. Students will learn proper technique, core muscle strength, spinal alignment and shoulder stabilization. This intermediate/advanced class is done to upbeat music, emphasizing stretching, posture, upper body and core strength.
Classes are open to ages 16 and older. Participants must bring their own mat and dynaband. You are required to fill out a release form and bring one to every class. Beginners are welcome to go at their own pace.
