In this session, we will explore the chemistry and neuroscience of meditation, and how a practice affects us on the level of the mind, body, and consciousness.
About Kathy: Kathy is a Vedic Meditation teacher, writer, and business consultant based in NYC. She was in marketing and advertising for almost a decade before quitting corporate life to live and train to be a meditation teacher with masters from a 5,000 year old traditions in the Himalayas of northern India.
